Making An investment Into Success
Our founder summed it up nicely: our team members are our most valuable competitive advantage. We can only succeed if they succeed, which is why we invest in them at every stage of the process.
A job in one of our properties provides great opportunity for our customer – contact team members. Our hourly team members earn more per hour than the market average across all of our brands. Increasing decent wages for our team members is something we are committed to.
We invest in programs that provide our team members with incredible opportunities so that they can perform at their peak performance.
Rewarding and recognizing performance is a critical component of our results-oriented culture. We have several programs in place to recognize the contributions of our teams to the overall success of our company.
Development & Training
Every year, we train hundreds of people an essential skills: how to succeed at work. We invest thousands of euros each year in our robust training program, which starts immediately, regardless of role. As our team members progress, so does their training. New team members go through a structured training program to learn about our brand, their role, as well as our expectations. New team members typically receive 40-80 hours of instruction (depending on their role).
We understand that our team members are our most valuable key differentiator, and our industry-leading retention rates demonstrate that we have created an appealing opportunities for work. However, we are aware that there is always room for improvement. As a result, we will continue to strive to do the right thing for our team members on a daily basis.
